This template lets you add a header and/or footer used in all of your notification emails. The template must contain the tag $(email_contents) used to embed the contents of the email body. You can also use the following tags:
$(email_type) prints the type of email being sent and lets you change the header/footer based on this
$(recipient_type) - one of: customer, admin, moderator, resource-admin
